You can enter an optional description for each of your projects in the General...Project Note page. That note can contain an unlimited amount of text, and can be used on estimates that are printed and sent to your customers.
You can review the process for creating and printing project estimates elsewhere, but take a look at the www.EdisonsAttic.com (in the report samples area) to take a look at some specific examples of estimate reports that can be produced from the system. In each of these online examples, the estimates were created using the project description field and a few simple budget items.
