BigTime creates a single invoice for all of your time and expense charges. If you'd like to create a separate invoice for time charges and for expenses, then you'll need to change the "T&M Collection" setting in the information box before you click the SUBMIT button. That selection box has three options:
Keep in mind that these settings don't change the "calculation" used by BigTime to create an invoice. A "fixed fee" invoice will still include charges for expense budget items, even if you've selected the "time only" option. This setting is only used to determine what data will be pulled out of the unbilled pool, marked as "billed," and included in the invoice's "details" section.
