In addition to this System Guide, Edison's Attic offers a number of resources designed to help you get to know the system. Most of those resources are accessed from our support site, which is free to registered customers. Here's a quick step-by-step for logging in to the support site:
Note that you may need to login with your new email/password once the system saves your registration information. Once you do, all of the links in the Learning Center are live, so you can click on any of them to get to documentation, training videos, live seminars and more.
We offer free online training courses, and you can sign up for them by logging in to our support site. These courses provide an excellent resource for users who are new to the system as well as users who are interested in a more advanced review of a specific feature set. Log in to the support site for more information about this type of live training.
The support site provides a detailed knowledge base of helpful information. We also host a series of user forums (where you can post questions to BigTime's development team and to other users in the BigTime community) and a library of templates you can download. These templates allow you to tweak or extend BigTime's core capabilities.
The System Guide will refer to those online resources where they're relevant, but they change often. It's best to login and check them out on your own! To do that, just visit the Edison's Attic Support Site and login using your company's order number.
BigTime also offers free phone and email support to all of its active customers. You get a full year of support when you purchase the product, and you'll continue to get free product support as long as you renew your agreement.
