Indicates step-by-step procedures. You can follow these instructions to complete a specific task.

Menu... Submenu |
Refers to menu items. The Current Timesheet submenu on the Daily Reports menu, for example, is referred to as Daily Routine... Current Timesheet.

Emphasis |
Used to indicate variable expressions (such as a parameter).
|
CAPITALS |
Indicates a button (on screen), even if the button's label is in mixed or lower case.
|
KEY+KEY |
Key combinations for which the user must press and hold down one key and then press another, for example, CTRL+P, or ALT+F4.
