Project (Team Based) Security

Project-level ("team") security is controlled from the project dashboard, where you can add any of your staff members to specific project teams in order to allow them access to that project's data.

Keep in mind that team security can be turned off completely, so it may not be relevant for your organization. For a complete review of how to add a staff member to a project team, take a look at the Managing Projects chapter of the System Guide.
