By default, staff allocation budgets are entered by month, but you can setup your system to track allocations weekly if that's more appropriate. To do that, just goto the Tools... System Settings... General page. The "timesheet" section of that page contains a pick list of allocation periods (weekly or monthly) to choose from.
Once you change your system to use weekly allocation budgeting, the Staff Budgets screen (in the project dashboards) will be modified to look like the screen shown below.
Note that you can still enter new staff members in the blank row at the bottom of the form, and that you can still navigate from month to month using the navigation controls at the top of the page. Since weekly allocations are most often used by project-based firms, we've also included a link that allows you to replace your current allocation budget data with estimates from your project's task list.
