Support/Training

BigTime offers free training via our website on a wide range of topics (including a course called BigTime Basics: an excellent introduction to the system). That training is conducted by a live instructor, over a high-speed internet "presentation" system. It's an excellent way to get up to speed on a targeted set of business objectives quickly.

We also offer free phone and email support to all of our active customers. All of our support personnel are based in our US offices, and each of them is trained in how BigTime functions in real-world situations. BigTime's website also has a number of online resources (including an updated knowledgebase and a set of user forums) to help you get your questions answered.
